►Quality certification: Raw materials should come from suppliers with quality certification to ensure the quality and stability of raw materials. Suppliers should provide relevant quality certification documents and test reports to trace and verify the quality of raw materials.

Sound production process monitoring system

(1) Ingredient control: High-precision electronic ingredient system to reduce human operation errors.

(2) Chemical composition control: X-ray fluorescence analyzer and supporting equipment are used to perform rapid full analysis, and the monitoring frequency can reach every furnace.


(3) Physical property control: Static glass liquid corrosion resistance testing and glass phase seepage testing are important physical properties of fused cast AZS products.


(4) Internal shrinkage hole detection: The shrinkage hole radar detector is used to detect blocks in contact with glass liquid and blocks used in key parts of glass furnaces.


(5) Appearance quality inspection: The appearance quality of blocks is strictly controlled. Three inspection checkpoints are set up in the block unpacking, cold processing and assembly links. Each link is strictly checked to ensure that each block meets the acceptance standards.
