1. Product Description

Fused Cast Alumina Blocks (Fused Cast α-β Alumina Blocks) are made of α and β alumina crystals in ideal proportions to form a dense structure. They have good erosion resistance and good stability up to 1350 degrees Celsius. It is characterized by the fact that it rarely produces bubbles and other exotic materials when it comes into contact with the molten glass liquid, and does not contaminate the glass liquid. According to the α-phase corundum and β-phase corundum composition of different proportions are divided into fused cast α-β alumina block, fused cast β alumina block, fused cast α alumina block.

2. Product Performance

Fused cast α-β alumina blocks are mainly composed of α-β alumina crystalline phase, which has the characteristics of high refractoriness, high loading softening point, high thermal shock stability and so on.

It has good erosion resistance and abrasion resistance at high-temperature, and can withstand the scouring of metal liquid and the erosion of slag. In addition, fused cast α-β alumina blocks have excellent mechanical properties, such as high hardness and high flexural strength.

Fused cast α-β alumina  blocks are not easy to be deformed at high-temperature, and can keep the shape stable for a long time.

It has good thermal shock resistance, can withstand the effects of rapid temperature changes, and is not easy to crack or spalling.

4. Application
